At Spirit Express our experienced and qualified coaches focus on creating a positive and inspiring learning environment for children of all ages.
We offer instruction in CHEERLEADING, TUMBLING, ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS and TRAMPOLINE at recreational and competitive levels.
Our goal is to produce well-rounded athletes with total body strength, flexibility, and aerobic development. We want each student to have high self-esteem and a positive self-image. We are a family oriented organization that teaches self-improvement and respect in a FUN-FILLED atmosphere.
